Germany's number of IPTV customers grows to over half a million
Feb 1, 2009 – According to BITKOM, the voice of the information technology, telecommunications, and new media industry in Germany, the number of IPTV subscribers in Germany at the end of 2008 was 536,000, up from 180,000 at the end of 2007.

Telecom Liechtenstein to add TV to its Connecta broadband package

Colombia's UNE-EPM reaches 30 thousand IPTV subscribers
Jan 30, 2009 – UNE-EPM Telecomunicaciones of Colombia had around 30 thousand IPTV subscribers at end-2008. UNE is the only Colombian company able to launch IPTV because it has both a pay TV license and a cable TV operation.

AT&T Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year Results

KPN solid full-year 2008 results
Jan 27, 2009 – KPN (Amsterdam:KPN) group revenues and other income in Q4 were up €59m to €3.7bn. At the end of Q4 2008, KPN had 775k TV (Digitenne DTT and IPTV) customers, of which around 40k were IPTV customers. In addition, KPN had 30k DVB-H subscribers.

Verizon Reports Sustained Revenue Growth and Continued Strong Cash Flows for 4Q and Full-Year 2008
