Jul 20, 2017 – According to Dataxis, the top five groups of Pay-TV operators (América Móvil, AT&T, Televisa Group, Telefónica Group and Clarín Group) account for almost two-thirds of the market. The top three capitalize on more than half of the market.

Mexico defies Latin America’s pay TV torpor
Mar 20, 2017 – Mexico overtook Brazil in 2016 to become Latin America’s largest pay TV market, despite Brazil having twice as many TV households, according to a report from Digital TV Research.

A fifth of Latin America's homes to pay for SVOD
Oct 27, 2016 – Nearly a fifth of Latin America’s TV households will pay for an SVOD package by 2021, up from 10.9% by end-2016. Mexico (28.3%), Chile (23.9%) and Argentina (23.5%) will have the highest penetration rates.

Top LatAm pay TV operators continue to dominate
