Albania to roll-out DVB-T2 network with Rohde & Schwarz
Dec 8, 2015 – Albania’s public broadcaster RTSH (Albanian Radio and Television) is converting its nationwide broadcast network to DVB-T2. Rohde & Schwarz is delivering a turnkey solution. 96.5 percent of the population in Albania will then receive digital DVB-T2 signals.

Cable TV in India to be digital from January 1, 2016

DISH Network pay TV subscribers down 23,000 in 3Q 2015
Dec 7, 2015 – DISH Network (NASDAQ:DISH) has reported results for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2015. Net Pay-TV subscribers declined approximately 23,000 in the third quarter, compared to a loss of approximately 12,000 in the third quarter 2014.

Ten more ATSC 3.0 specifications move to Candidate Standard

StarTV launches satellite pay TV in Mexico with Eutelsat
