A streaming media player in 40% of U.S. internet homes by 2017
Jan 26, 2015 – By Q1 2017, 40 percent of U.S. Internet homes will have a streaming media player, bringing the total number of homes with these devices to 39 million, according to the new NPD Connected Intelligence Connected Home Forecast.

Verizon adds 116,000 net FiOS Video connections in 4Q 2014
Jan 22, 2015 – Verizon Communications (NYSE, Nasdaq: VZ) has announced results for the fourth quarter of 2014. In the quarter, Verizon added 116,000 net new FiOS Video connections. Verizon had a total of 5.6 million FiOS Video connections at year-end.
