EU digital piracy up 3.3% in 2022

Federal Circuit affirms ITC import ban on Comcast X1 STBs
Mar 2, 2020 – The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has ruled in favor of TiVo (NASDAQ: TIVO) in its dispute with Comcast. The court affirmed the ITC's jurisdiction and their decision to ban the importation of Comcast STBs infringing Rovi patents.

13.7 million EU citizens streaming unauthorised IPTV

Favourable ruling for TiVo at the ITC
