Velister selects Net Insight for all-IP DTT Network in Cyprus

KommAustria issues tender for two DVB-T2 multiplexes
Jul 28, 2011 – The Austrian Communications Authority (KommAustria) has issued a tender for the provision of two nationwide DVB-T2 multiplexes. The deadline for submitting proposals to build the MUX D and MUX E networks is November 15, 2011.

Emitel begins broadcasting on Poland's second DVB-T multiplex

Beginning of implementation of digital terrestrial TV in Poland
Oct 1, 2009 – Poland's Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) has granted general exclusive frequency licences for digital terrestrial TV broadcasting on the country's first DVB-T multiplex (MUX1). MPEG-4 (AVC/H.264) video coding will be used.
