UPC Austria to begin analogue switch-off
Feb 29, 2016 – Cable operator, UPC Austria, has announced the start of a programme to switch all of its customers to digital. Analogue switch-off will begin in Wiener Neustadt, Baden and Reichenau from April 5th.

Euskaltel plus R Cable adds 37,000 TV RGUs in 2015
Feb 25, 2016 – Euskaltel has released its Annual accounts and Management Report for the year ended December 31, 2015. On November 27th, 2015, Euskaltel acquired 100% of 'R' in Galicia. The combined company finished the year with over 250,000 TV subscribers.

Cablevision video customers down 10,000 in 4Q 2015
Feb 25, 2016 – Cablevision Systems Corporation (NYSE:CVC) has reported results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2015. Video customer results showed marked improvement in 2015 with 45,000 fewer losses than the prior year period.

Hrvatski Telekom TV customer base down 1.5% in 2015
Feb 24, 2016 – Hrvatski Telekom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HTRA CZ) has announced results for the year ended 31 December 2015. The TV customer base decreased by 1.5% from 393,000 customers at the end of 2014 to 388,000 of customers at the end of 2015.

Cable TV digital conversion passes 90% in India

75,000 Telstra TV boxes in the market
Feb 19, 2016 – Telstra has released financial results for the half-year ended 31 December 2015. Foxtel from Telstra grew 17.9% year-on-year to 660,000 subscribers. IPTV subscribers were also up 17.9%. There are now 75,000 Telstra TV boxes in the market.
