SARFT Reveals Plans for Digital Terrestrial TV
Aug 21, 2009 – China's State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) has outlined plans for urban deployment of digital terrestrial TV. SARFT expects that by the end of 2009 over 100 cities will have the service.

Boxer Denmark pay-DTT from November 1st
Aug 17, 2009 – Boxer has announced November 1st, 2009 as the launch date for its DTT pay TV service in Denmark. The service includes Flex8, where the customer chooses any 8 channels from a choice of 22 with the same price regardless of which channels are chosen.

Towercom wins Slovakia DVB-T infrastructure tender

Lattelecom Introduces Terrestrial TV

Boxer pay TV subscribers down 7k in Sweden & Denmark in 2Q09
Aug 13, 2009 – At the end of the second quarter 2009, DTT operator Boxer had 673,000 subscribers in Sweden and Denmark, down from 701,000 at the same time in 2008. The acquisition of Finland's PlusTV added 276,000 subscribers, to give a total of 949,000.
