BBC Trust approves Project Canvas
Jun 25, 2010 – The BBC Trust has approved the BBC's involvement in Project Canvas, subject to a number of conditions. Completed elements of the Canvas core technical specification are to be published within 20 working days from the final approval.

DNA in Finland selects ENENSYS for their DVB-T2 trial
Jan 11, 2010 – DNA Oy, Finland's second largest pay television operator, has successfully launched DVB-T2 HDTV test broadcasts in Lahti. The project has reached the test transmission phase thanks to a ENENSYS DVB-T2 modulator and T2 Gateway.

NEC Deploys DVB-T2 Transmitters with Arqiva in the UK
Dec 10, 2009 – NEC (TSE:6701) has announced the deployment of its DVB-T2 digital terrestrial TV (DTT) broadcast transmitters with Arqiva in the UK. The transmitters will enable Arqiva and the BBC to launch the world's first DVB-T2 DTT service from December 2, 2009.

BBC announces timetable for Freeview HD signal availability
