Virgin Media to Trial Ultrafast Broadband over Telegraph Poles
Mar 11, 2010 – Virgin Media (LSE:VMED) has announced a trial using telegraph poles to deliver 50Mb broadband. By connecting homes directly to Virgin Media's fibre optic network, the trial will effectively increase broadband speeds more than ten-fold.
