Magyar Telekom Sat TV reaches 47k subs; IPTV at 60k
May 7, 2009 – Magyar Telekom (NYSE: MTA)(Budapest: MTELEKOM) has reported results for the first quarter of 2009. In Hungary, T-Home Sat TV customers reached 47,144 at March 31, 2009. IPTV grew significantly in Hungary, Macedonia and Montenegro.

448,000 DT IPTV subscribers in Germany at end-Q1
May 7, 2009 – Deutsche Telekom (Frankfurt: DTE)(NYSE:DT) has announced results for the first three months of 2009. The number of T-Home Entertain lines in operation increased to around 448,000 by the end of the first quarter.

Deutsche Telekom exceeds financial targets for 2008

Magyar Telekom to launch satellite TV service
Nov 24, 2008 – Magyar Telekom (NYSE: MTA)(Budapest: MTELEKOM) has launched a nationwide satellite TV service under the brand T-Home Sat TV. Magyar Telekom now offers TV services on three different platforms: cable TV, IPTV and satellite TV.

Deutsche Telekom reports good third quarter of 2008
Nov 6, 2008 – The Deutsche Telekom (Frankfurt: DTE)(NYSE:DT) IPTV service in Germany, Entertain, has around 333,000 customers - an increase of 33 percent within a single quarter. At the end of September, the number of IPTV customers in Eastern Europe was 164,000.

Premiere Releases Q3 Subscriber Figures
Oct 2, 2008 – Premiere AG (PRE.XE) has disclosed EBITDA guidance for 2008 and released Q3 2008 subscriber numbers using a new classification. 940,000 that would have been included using the previous subscriber classification have been excluded.

Motorola and Deutsche Telekom Collaborate on IPTV
