Telecentras and LG to introduce HbbTV for Smart TVs in Lithuania
Apr 18, 2019 – The Lithuanian Radio and Television Centre (Telecentras) and LG Electronics have agreed a cooperation aimed at introducing HbbTV intended for smart TVs. The launch of HbbTV in Lithuania is scheduled for the first half of this year.

Rogers TV subscribers down 28,000 in 1Q 2019
Apr 18, 2019 – Rogers Communications has announced results for the quarter ended March 31, 2019. Total revenue decreased 1% in the quarter, largely driven by decreases in Wireless equipment and Media revenue, partially offset by revenue growth in Wireless and in Cable.

Rohde & Schwarz wins DVB-T2 transmitter contract in Egypt

GatesAir and Foccus Digital upgrade ISDB-Tb transmitters for TV Record in Brazil

Arabsat 6A successfully launched

Telenor to acquire majority stake in Finnish telecom operator DNA
