BSkyB results for the six months ended 31 December 2012
Jan 31, 2013 – BSkyB (LSE:BSY) has released results for the six months ended 31 December 2012. In TV, Sky added 50,000 new customers in the quarter. Of these, 25,000 are subscribers to its new internet TV service NOW TV.

Brazil adds 2.86 million satellite TV subscribers in 2012
Jan 28, 2013 – According to Brazil's Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (Anatel), the country's pay TV subscriber base ended 2012 at 16.2 million, with more than 3.4 million new subscribers being added during the year - an annual growth rate of 27.0%.

NorDig releases Unified IRD Specification v2.4 and Test Specification v2.2.2

Ziggo loses 27,000 digital pay TV subscribers in 4Q 2012
