Mexico satellite TV subscriptions up 83.8% in 2010
Mar 14, 2011 – In 2010, Mexico's telecommunications sector registered a growth of 13.6% according to the country's Comisión Federal de Telecomunicaciones (COFETEL). Satellite television remained the most dynamic segment of the sector.

Satellite TV subscriptions grow 91.6% in Mexico
Dec 9, 2010 – During the third quarter of 2010, Mexico's telecommunications sector registered a year-on-year growth of 11% according COFETEL. Satellite TV (DTH) subscribers grew 91.6% to 3.8 million with Cable TV subscriptions up 6.6% to 5.3 million.

CSA authorises 16 DVB-H channels for France
Apr 9, 2010 – France's CSA has issued broadcasting licences to 13 private channels that it has selected following a call for applications to provide mobile TV (TMP). It has also granted licences to three public channels selected by the Government.
