Over 60% of U.S. pay TV subscribers have a DVR
Jan 2, 2015 – Research from Leichtman Research Group (LRG) has found that 76% of US households have a DVR, subscribe to Netflix, or use on-Demand (VOD) from a cable or Telco provider -- with 26% of households using two of the services, and 11% using all three.

Italy postpones ban on new TV sets without DVB-T2
Dec 24, 2014 – Italy's Council of Ministers (Consiglio dei Ministri) has put on hold a requirement that all new televisions in the country be DVB-T2 compliant. The rule was planned to come into force on January 1, 2015, with retailers having six months to clear any non-compliant stock.
