May 29, 2017 – Videocon d2h (NASDAQ: VDTH) has announced results for the year ended March 31, 2017. The Company added 1.05 million net subscribers during Fiscal 2017. Net subscribers totaled 12.91 million as of March 31, 2017.

Competition Commission of India approves VIDEOCON D2H-Dish TV merger

India adds 0.75 million active DTH subscribers in 4Q 2016
