Entropic Communications Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2009 Results
Feb 3, 2010 – Entropic Communications (Nasdaq:ENTR) has reported results for the period ended December 31, 2009. Entropic reported fourth quarter net revenues of $35.1 million, an increase of 19% compared to $29.5 million reported in the fourth quarter of 2008.

MinDig TV receiver sales booming in Hungary
Feb 2, 2010 – According to sales figures from GfK Hungária, at the end of December, around 4.4% of all Hungarian households, or 19.7% of terrestrial households, had a DVB-T MPEG-4 receiver capable of receiving Antenna Hungária's MinDig TV service.

248,000 pay TV subscribers added in Chile in 2009
Feb 1, 2010 – Chile's Subsecretaría de Telecomunicaciones (Subtel) has releases pay TV statistics for 2009. During the year satellite subscribers increased from 570,000 to 670,000 and wired (cable TV/IPTV) subscribers grew from 892,000 to 1.039 million.

Silicon Motion Announces Results for the Period Ended December 31, 2009
