Digital TV in Lithuania up 18% year-on-year at end 3Q 2012
Nov 16, 2012 – Lituania's Communications Regulatory Authority (RRT) has released statistics for the Lithuanian communications sector in the third quarter of 2012. At the end of the period the number of subscribers to digital television services totalled 374.8 thousand, up 18% year-on-year.

Satellite subscriber numbers growing fastest in Uruguay

Brazil's satellite subscribers up another 700,000 in Q3 2012

Satellite TV subscribers up 1.2 million YoY in Mexico at end 2Q 2012
Aug 27, 2012 – According to Mexico's Telecommunications Sector Production Index, at the end of the second quarter of 2012 there were 6.286 million DTH users, an increase of 23.5% versus Q2 2011. Cable TV grew 4.7% to 5.811 million subscribers.

Jul 4, 2012 – Lithuania's Communications Regulatory Authority (RRT) has released a Report on the Lithuanian Communications Sector for 2011. Pay TV subscribers increased by 4.1 per cent in 2011 with the number of digital subscribers going up by 21.5 per cent.
