Viu reaches 41.4 million monthly active users
Feb 17, 2020 – Viu (SEHK:0008) has announced that it reached 41.4 million monthly active users at the end of 2019, representing an increase of 35% over 2018. Additionally, video views grew 69% to 5.7 billion year-over-year, supporting growth in its video segment revenue.

BSkyB adds 113,000 TV subscribers in 2Q 2015
Jul 29, 2015 – SKY plc has announced results for the twelve months ended 30 June 2015. In the UK and Ireland quarterly TV growth increased by 49% to 113,000. Sky confirmed that it is planning to deploy a European-wide set-top box.

France - First digital TV survey results released
Oct 2, 2008 – France's digital TV 'Observatoire' has made public the results of its first half 2008 study. Nearly 30% of households are fully digital with digital terrestrial television providing most of the growth. TV over ADSL also made significant advances.

Switzerland digital TV: growth accelerates

Acquisition of Belgacom TV customers accelerated considerably in the second quarter of 2007, with 41,857 new customers. Belgacom exceeds expectations by bringing its total Belgacom TV customer base to 191,348 at the end of June.
