DIRECTV U.S. at 18 million subscribers; DTVLA at 4 million
May 7, 2009 – The DIRECTV Group (NASDAQ:DTV) has reported results for the first quarter. DIRECTV U.S. net subscriber additions were 460,000 to give 18.08 million, and DIRECTV Latin America net subscriber additions were 148,000 to give 4.03 million, at quarter end.

Grupo Televisa's Sky adds 140k subscribers Y-o-Y to end 1Q09
Apr 30, 2009 – Grupo Televisa (NYSE:TV; BMV: TLEVISA CPO) has announced results for first quarter 2009. The number of gross active Sky subscribers increased to 1,784,608 as of March 31, 2009, compared with 1,642,923 as of March 31, 2008.

TiVo Reports First Full Year of Profitability for Fiscal Year Ended January 31, 2009
Mar 2, 2009 – TiVo (Nasdaq: TIVO) has reported results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 31, 2009. TiVo-Owned subscription gross additions for the fourth quarter were around 59,000, compared to 109,000 gross additions for the year-ago period.

Feb 10, 2009 – The DIRECTV Group (NASDAQ:DTV) has reported fourth quarter 2008 results. DIRECTV U.S. ended the quarter with 17.62 million subscribers, up from 16.83 million on December 31, 2007. DIRECTV Latin America had 3.88 million subscribers at year end.
