UPC adds over 400,000 DVR cable RGUs in the last twelve months
Nov 4, 2009 – Liberty Global (NASDAQ: LBTYA, LBTYB, LBTYK) has announced results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009. In the last twelve months, digital cable RGUs have grown by 42% or 1.9 million, to give a digital penetration of 45%.

Asia subscription TV figures higher than ROW combined
Nov 4, 2009 – The Cable & Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia (CASBAA) has announced new data for subscription TV penetration across the Asia Pacific, noting that the region now has 326 million pay-TV, up 26 million homes in 2009.

Poland's 'n' DTH adds 17k post-paid in 3Q09
Nov 3, 2009 – TVN Group has announced its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2009. At quarter-end, the 'n' DTH platform had signed up almost 573,000 post paid subscribers, of which over 571,000 had been activated.

Cablevision digital cable down 14,300 subscribers in 3Q09
Nov 3, 2009 – Cablevision Systems (NYSE:CVC) has reported results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009. iO: Interactive Optimum digital video customers were down 14,300 or 0.5% from June 2009 and up 73,800 or 2.6% from September 2008.

Coship doing well in South America
