Costa Rica's ICE to use Minerva, Widevine and Amino for IPTV
Aug 4, 2009 – Costa Rica's ICE will soon sign a contract with system integrator ITS for the deployment of its IPTV service. Middleware will come from Minerva Networks with conditional access from Widevine and set-top boxes from Amino Communications (AIM:AMO).

Panama adopts DVB-T for DTT
