Portugal Telecom (Meo) full year 2008 results
Feb 18, 2009 – Portugal Telecom (Lisbon: PTC; NYSE: PT) has announced its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2008. YTD net additions in the pay-TV service reached 291 thousand bringing the total customers to 312 thousand at the end of 2008.

EU Member States on course for analogue terrestrial TV switch-off

Continued growth for COGECO despite the difficult economic climate

Portugal - MEO surpasses 300 thousand customers
Dec 18, 2008 – Portugal Telecom (Lisbon: PTC; NYSE: PT) has announced that Meo, its pay-TV service, has surpassed 300 thousand customers, representing circa 43% of PT's ADSL customers. Net additions in the quarter to date surpassed 89 thousand customers.
