Portugal Telecom First quarter 2008 results
May 8, 2008 – At the end of 1Q08, Portugal Telecom (EuroNext Lisbon: PTC) (NYSE: PT) had a total base of 47 thousand pay-TV customers, having added 26 thousand subscribers during the quarter, more than doubling its customer base as at the end of 4Q07.

ZON announces 1Q08 Consolidated Results
May 7, 2008 – ZON's Pay TV customer base grew in 1Q08 by 13.4 thousand customers, representing 60.3% more net additions than in 1Q07 and digitally enabled subscribers continued to grow as a percentage of the Pay TV customer base to 26% compared with 20% in 1Q07.

Sonaecom informs on 1st quarter 2008 consolidated results
May 5, 2008 – During 1Q08, Sonaecom promoted the replacement, for free, of current customers' set top boxes for a new MPEG-4 model which will allow TV customers to access HD channels, DTT and to benefit from improved sound quality.
