Dutch IPTV service Sparql selects ABOX42 STB platform

First live LTE broadcast trial in the Netherlands

Com Hem digital TV subscribers down 1,300 in 1Q 2014
May 2, 2014 – Com Hem has announced its results for the first quarter of 2014. Digital telvision subscribers were down 1,300 in the quarter to finish at 595,200. Com Hem added 36,000 TiVo subscriptions during the period.

BSkyB adds 74,000 TV customers in 1Q 2014
May 1, 2014 – BSkyB (LSE:BSY) has released unaudited results for the nine months ended 31 March 2014. In Q3, the company added 74,000 net new TV customers and 108,000 net new HD customers, as well as 284,000 new Sky Go Extra customers.
