Unitymedia adds 61k digital cable subscribers in 4Q09
Mar 17, 2010 – Unitymedia has announced results for the financial year and quarter ended December 31, 2009. The Digital TV Pay business continued to show underlying organic growth, offset by churn from customers subscribing to former Bundesliga packages.

ONO cable TV subscribers down 6.2% in 2009
Mar 16, 2010 – Grupo Corporativo ONO of Spain has announced consolidated unaudited results for the quarter ended 31 December 2009. Cable television customers decreased by 64,000 or 6.2% in the last twelve months, reaching 975,000 as of 31 December 2009.

OTE selects Pirelli Broadband as IPTV Set Top Box supplier

UPC Polska catching up with Vectra in digital cable
Mar 11, 2010 – According to Poland's Chamber for Electronic Communication (Polska Izba Komunikacji Elektronicznej - PIKE), at the end of 2009, Vectra had the largest number of subscribers in Poland receiving digital cable TV, with a total of 240,000. UPC was second with 229,400.

Malta pay TV subscriptions up 6.6k in 4Q09
Mar 8, 2010 – Malta's National Statistics Office has published Post and Telecommunications numbers for the fourth quarter of 2009. With 110,659 cable and terrestrial subscriptions, digital amounted to 79.4 per cent of all pay TV subscriptions.
