DIRECTV Announces Third Quarter 2011 Results
Nov 3, 2011 – DIRECTV (NASDAQ:DTV) has reported results for the third quarter of 2011. DIRECTV Latin America recorded 574,000 net additions in the quarter while Sky Mexico added 238,000 net new subscribers. DIRECTV U.S. net additions were 327,000.

Liberty Global Reports Third Quarter 2011 Results
Nov 2, 2011 – Liberty Global (NASDAQ: LBTYA, LBTYB and LBTYK) has announced results for the third quarter. Over the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011, Liberty Global added 234,000 and 739,000 digital cable subscribers, driven by strong demand for HD and DVR services.

3.7 million pay TV subscribers for Colombia
Nov 2, 2011 – Colombia's Comisión Nacional de Televisión has published pay TV subscriber figures for the country up to September 2011. The total number of subscribers grew from 3.4 million at the end of Q3 2010, to over 3.7 million at the end of September 2011.

Brazil adds 650,000 DTH subscribers in 3Q 2011
Oct 26, 2011 – According to Brazil's Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (Anatel), the country's pay TV subscriber base ended September 2011 at 11.9 million, up 780,608 in the quarter, with satellite adding 650,000 during the period.

December launch for Copaco and Tigo pay TV services in Paraguay
