KDG digital video RGUs up 49k in 2Q09
Aug 27, 2009 – Kabel Deutschland (KDG) has announced its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2009. Kabel Digital pay TV RGUs coupled with Digital Access RGUs contributed to a total of 2.1 million digital video RGUs at the end of the period.

P&TLuxembourg chooses ATEME IPTV Headend for HD

IPTV growing fastest in Portugal
Aug 25, 2009 – According to Portugal's Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações (ANACOM), at the end of June 2009 the number of subscribers to pay TV in the country reached 2.372 million, 47 thousand more than in the previous quarter and up 232 thousand year-on-year.

Cyfrowy Polsat adds 42k subscribers in 2Q09
Aug 20, 2009 – Cyfrowy Polsat (Warsaw: CPS) had 2,844,106 DTH subscribers as of 30 June 2009 - 24.3% more than at 30 June 2008. Since starting sales of own-manufactured set-top boxes in March 2008, Polsat has sold or leased about 354 thousand to subscribers.
