StarHub launches HubStation HD
Nov 13, 2008 – StarHub has announced that it will launch a new High Definition (HD) Digital Video Recorder (DVR) - HubStation HD on 15 November 2008. This integrated device enables customers to watch and record both Standard Definition (SD) and HD programmes.

Foxtel to add internet download services
Nov 7, 2008 – FOXTEL is planning to offer on-demand programme downloads over the internet to its IQ PVR set-top boxes. A service, called iQ2Go, with downloads to USB memory sticks, for playback on laptops and other devices, is also on its way.
