Western European OTT to add $9 billion
Jul 2, 2015 – OTT TV and video revenues in Western Europe will reach $13.72 billion in 2020; up from the $894 million recorded in 2010 and the $6.34 billion expected in 2015, according to a report from Digital TV Research.

Netflix on track for 69.9 million subs by year-end
Jun 29, 2015 – Digital TV Research’s Global OTT TV & Video Forecasts report estimates that Netflix will have 69.90 million paying subscribers by end-2015, up by 28% from 54.48 million at end-2014.

TDC expands Mediaroom footprint to Norway
Jun 8, 2015 – Alcatel-Lucent (Paris; NYSE: ALU) has announced that it is enabling TDC to expand its delivery of IP-based TV services outside Denmark. Alcatel-Lucent is extending TDC’s existing Mediaroom platform to Norwegian ISP, NextGenTel.

Netflix' international business yet to turn a profit

Bonnier and Ericsson collaborate on Nordic VOD service

Netflix heading for 17 million international subscribers
