Solcon deploys Verimatrix-Divitel joint OTT solution in the Netherlands
Oct 19, 2015 – Verimatrix has announced that it has partnered with Divitel to develop a joint solution that integrates its Video Content Authority System (VCAS) for Internet TV with the Divitel Operating Center (DOC). Dutch ISP Solcon has deployed the integrated solution.

Sofia Digital to deliver HbbTV support for DELTA Cloud TV deployment

Ziggo leads drop in Dutch TV subscriptions in Q2 2015
Aug 28, 2015 – The Dutch TV market lost 17,000 connections during the second quarter of 2015, to end the quarter with 7.85 million subscribers, according to Telecompaper. Cable operators continue to lose market share to IPTV providers.

Ziggo's triple-play market share in Holland under pressure

Western European OTT to add $9 billion
Jul 2, 2015 – OTT TV and video revenues in Western Europe will reach $13.72 billion in 2020; up from the $894 million recorded in 2010 and the $6.34 billion expected in 2015, according to a report from Digital TV Research.

Netflix on track for 69.9 million subs by year-end
