Dutch digital TV connections are more than 5 million
Sep 3, 2010 – According to Telecompaper, at the end of June 2010 cable accounted for 54.8 percent of digital TV connections in the Netherlands, up by 0.4 percentage points during the quarter. IPTV also increased its share by 2.3 percent y-o-y to 8.3 percent.

Digital surpasses 60% of Dutch TV connections

Liberty Global adds 286k digital cable and loses 5k DTH subscribers in 1Q10
May 6, 2010 – Liberty Global (NASDAQ: LBTYA, LBTYB and LBTYK) has announced results for the first quarter 2010. Digital cable was the strongest product with 286,000 organic additions to give 6.0 million digital cable RGUs at the end of the period.
