SES enables MultTV to deliver TV to ISP subscribers in Brazil
Jun 6, 2017 – SES (Paris; LuxX: SESG) and MultTV have announced a capacity agreement which will enable MultTV’s ISP customers to deliver TV content to their subscribers via IP. MultTV will use C-band capacity on SES-6.

DIRECTV NOW passes 200k; AT&T linear down 27k; DTVLA down 21k video subs in 4Q 2016
Jan 25, 2017 – AT&T (NYSE:T) has reported 2016 fourth-quarter and full-year results. In the U.S., linear video subscribers were down 27,000 over the period, whilst DIRECTV NOW reached 200,000. DIRECTV Latin America lost 21,000 subscribers.

Brazil adds 47 thousand pay TV subscribers in 3Q 2016

Telefonica pay TV subscribers down 25k in 3Q 2016
Oct 27, 2016 – Telefónica has reported results for the first nine months of the 2016. Video revenues in the quarter grew year-on-year by 9.9%, driven by y-o-y growth of pay TV accesses to 8.4 million at September (4.4 million satellite TV accesses).
